Payment Methods Policy

This policy explains how payments for purchases made through Gevlii are handled.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on your location, device, currency, and payment-provider eligibility, these may include major credit or debit cards, digital wallets, Shop Pay, or other methods enabled for our store.
A payment method is available only when it can be selected at checkout.
2. Prices and Total Amount
Before submitting an order, review the product price, selected size and quantity, applicable discounts, currency, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total shown at checkout.
Any applicable charges collected by Gevlii will be disclosed before the order is submitted. Your bank or payment provider may independently apply foreign transaction or currency-conversion fees.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Gevlii does not ordinarily store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on its own systems.
Never send payment-card security codes, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
4. Authorization and Order Acceptance
A payment authorization does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. Orders may require inventory verification, payment confirmation, and fraud-prevention checks.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will generally be returned to the original payment method.
5. Declined Payments
Payments may be declined because of incorrect information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, security checks, or payment-provider issues. Confirm your details or contact your bank before trying another payment method.
6. Pending Authorizations
A pending authorization may temporarily reserve funds without representing a completed charge. The bank or payment provider determines when the hold is released.
7. Discounts and Promotions
Promotional codes and clearance prices are subject to the conditions shown with each offer. The final price presented at checkout applies to the submitted order, subject to correction of material errors as permitted by law.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and refund processing information. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
9. Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges
If you believe a transaction is duplicated or unauthorized, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and email us with your order number and relevant transaction details. Never send your full card number or security code.
10. Payment Security and Privacy
We use Shopify and authorized payment providers to support checkout and payment processing. Payment-related information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
